This may sound strange to you but lots of people lie on their dating profiles. Many have zero courtesy when it comes to telling the truth. Heck, even websites today are doing things like creating fake profiles to attract more members. It’s disgusting and I’ve placed a bunch of these sites on a banned list for doing so. However, I’m not here to talk about that today. Instead, I’m here to drop some knowledge bombs for you with regards to dating profiles and things that people fib about.
There are five main things that people tend to lie about on their profiles. It’s so common that I don’t even know where to begin. Instead, I’ll just dive right in here and shed some light on each of these things.
Five Main Things People Lie About On Their Profiles
These lies are not in any particular order. None whatsoever and that’s the beauty of it. They’re all considered to be popular lies. Now, that’s not to say that everyone lies, because they simply do not. In fact, many people using the networks I use don’t lie. They have no reason to given that they’re just looking for sex, nothing more. Here’s what people are typically lying about…
Lots of people lie about their marital status. That holds especially true considering that so many people are looking to get out of their stale relationships now. Being married doesn’t mean that you have to lie about your status. Given all the app for married dating, all you need to do is take action and join the right networks that help married people get laid.
If you’re not married, then don’t lie and say that you are tied down. Those married and looking to avoid any issues (in other words, have an affair) then you can do that too. It’s easy to do with AFF.com and even Ashleymadison.com if you choose to try it.
Here’s how this works, people either lie about being younger than they are or older than they are. For example, if you’re a younger man looking for a hot milf then you might lie about your age and post that you’re a couple years older than you really are.
If you’re an older guy or girl, then you might lie about being a little younger just to attract the common college girl. Some mature or older women will post that their age and fabricate it jsut a tad to not scare away the young ducklings who they are trying to bang.
People lie on their dating profile about their physical appearance. They’ll take a program like Photoshop or just apply simple filters to the photos that they upload. Some may go to the extent of posting other images of users that don’t exist. Seriously, if you saw an image of Demi Lovato or Cindy Crawford, then you best believe that those are fake dating profiles. I’d also like to point out that this even happens with Backpage classified ads.
On this note, do not try and enlarge your dong in any pics. If you do, you’ll be laughed at and shunned when meeting in person. Keep it real bro.
Lots of people post fake locations on their dating profiles. They do this to keep from being found in their local area. I’ve spent numerous years using these sites and have noticed that some girls post that they live in a city versus the actual town that they live in. Now, this isn’t a huge deal but it’s not great either, especially if you’re trying to set up a meet and hook up with someone and they live further away than you thought.
People actually lie about how much money they make. If you see some chump posting images of himself next to a Ferrari or Lambo, then you best believe that it’s likely not owned by them. He doesn’t have money to even rent that thing. Don’t be that guy. Instead, post your real income or don’t post it at all. I’ve been hesitant to share my earnings with people I don’t know, so I simply don’t do it. I suggest you not do it either.
If you’re planning on joining dating sites and diving in head first into dating profiles, then I suggest you keep this post near and dear when doing so. It’s a fast reference to follow. That said, always be skeptical. When you do finally join that awesome site that you’ve been searching for and you meet that horny member in person, you’ll be happy you put in the work!
