When I first hear of Massage Republic, I thought it was a newly founded competitor to Massage Envy.  Boy was I wrong.  This is just another cover up for a full on escort agency, so depending on what you are looking for, this may be really disappointing, or very intriguing.

What is Massage Republic?

 

They really don’t make any bones about what they do. Right when you get to the site, you are prompted with the above pop up asking for your email address.  I politely declined, and then typed in my geographic location to let them know I was in South Florida.  Once I did this, I was greeted by some very upfront text about what I can find on this website.

I paraphrased this, but if you visit this website you’ll see it in the original terms:

We have 45 Miami Escorts and 14 profiles have verified photos.

It also continues to say that services offered include:

• Massage
• Foot Fetish
• Couples
• GFE
• Role Play
• Nuru Massage
• Oral sex / blowjobs
• Lap dances

They continue to quote prices from $40 to $1,000 and mention that the average cost is $355.  They cover the entire South Florida market, even as high north as West Palm Beach, so they aren’t shy to travel, apparently.

The website allows you to search by price, services, and location.  For those of you who aren’t into straight encounters, you can choose to find a man or shemale.

So here I am, surfing Google, and hoping to find a new foot spa, rejuvenate for a while, and I come up with Massage Republic.

This site is so in your face advertising escorts that it looks like something I’d see offshore, in either Costa Rica, or Colombia.  Any site that blatantly advertises that I can get a blowjob is looking to get shut down.  We have seen less in your face sites that serve ads like Craigslist hook ups, as well as Back page,  get shut down, and obviously prostitution is illegal in the United States except for a very small region of Nevada.  Reading this site shows me the operators have balls of steel or are firmly lawyered up.

Either way, I tend to stay away from sites like this and I stick to the adult apps for sexual encounters. If you haven’t read about them, visit the home page and read more.

As long as I am firmly entrenched in the Miami dating scene, I don’t need any more escort apps.  The (illegal) prostitution is so rampant at strip clubs that there is no reason to venture out and chance a bad encounter.  Besides, the more fun women like to be discreet about their desires to get down and dirty.  I’ll forever be a swipe app guy, and don’t have any need for an escort agency disguised as a massage outlet.
