YesBackpage.com is a monster website. Seriously, it’s massive – but not one you want to mess with. Some might say that this is another replacement for Backpage (like this) for major cities like Philadelphia, Atlanta, Raleigh, Macon, even Ashville. I’d like to confirm that it’s primarily the Atlanta Backpage alternative more so than any other site.
Believe me, it’s one that many people are getting scammed on and for that reason, I’ve covered just about everything you can imagine here in this exclusive review. Before I get into the details of things, I want to cover a few things that you need to understand about this site and the people writing reviews on it.
The first thing you need to understand is that this website and all the positive reviews are a load of crap. A complete load of crap and I also want you to know that the people using this site typically end up getting arrested and or diseases. Anyway, enough about that…Here’s everything you need to know about this faux Backpage website.

My Honest Review Of YesBackpage.com
Backpage.com used to be huge. Like really huge, especially if you were looking for an escort or other sex acts and services providers. The problem was, paying for sex in 99% of the United States was, and still is, an illegal activity. Once the government took a stand on sex trafficking, Backpage and its affiliate sites were seized.
If you even try to find Backpage, you’re going to run smack-dab into a very official-looking, and kind of frightening warning from the US Government. You would think that would stop scam sites from setting up, but it hasn’t.
One of the latest sites trying to play off the success that Backpage.com had is YesBackpage.com. First off, I am here to answer the very important question…
Is Yesbackpage legit?
I’m here to tell you, though, that you shouldn’t be fooled. There is nothing good about any of these types of sites and using them is just putting yourself at risk for many things. The same holds true for the infamous Bedpage.com website.
A Bad Cover For Escort Services
When you first stumble upon YesBackpage.com, it might look like any other innocuous classified ad site. But, this honestly is just a ruse, there are no legit ads for things like pets, cars, or jobs.
They certainly have the listings there, but no matter what you click on, it comes up as “Sorry, no ads to show.” The only headings that have ads that pop up are under Adult Services.
That’s right, the only thing that YesBackpage.com is advertising is pay-for-play sexual services, which are again, illegal.
Seized For A Reason, Stay Away
If you want to dabble in the illegal world of escorts, that’s on you. But you do need to remember, Backpage got seized by the government and it is just a matter of time before they get the others.
If you don’t think sites like YesBackpage are on the government’s radar, you’re crazy and nothing I say will change your mind.
Same Ads Worldwide
If I haven’t lost you yet, you might be interested to know that many of the girls you see in these ads will be completely identical to what is listed in other cities around the country.
How can a girl in Phoenix also service her John’s in Pittsburgh? She can’t. The picture you see is something that was stolen from the internet to entice you into thinking some hottie is going to show up on your doorstep.
What you need to worry about showing up on your doorstep is a laced-out prostitute who is either going to rob you or have her pimp do it. If she doesn’t do that, what she might do is worse, like give you a disease you can’t cure. Playing with women who are paid for sex is a risky game for sure.
Here’s a sample image of what you might come across…
Paying For Sex – Don’t Do It
If you do decide to post an ad or pay for anything on YesBackpage.com, you won’t be able to do so with normal methods, but instead, you’ll have to use cryptocurrency, gift cards, or Western Union.
Why don’t they want you using traceable methods of payment? Because what they’re doing is illegal, that’s why.
Backpage Atlanta Alternative Focus
So, you’re probably wondering why I’m saying that this is a website targeting Atlanta, GA. The reason I say it is that they’re put a heavy focus on this one city because they know it’s heavily populated with lots of people and that a ton of locals had been previously using the original Backpage before it got shut down by the government. Hey, that’s how I see it at least in my humble yet well-informed opinion.
Conclusion: YesBackpage Sucks, Avoid It Or You’ll Be Sorry
There are so many legitimate casual dating sites out there that don’t involve the exchange of money that I’m not sure why you’d attempt to find any type of date off of YesBackpage.com or similar sites.
The risks are just too high of you getting busted, hurt, or even killed. If you want an “easy sex” experience that won’t get you in some kind of trouble, you’ll want to avoid YesBackpage.com completely.
Looking for other options – return to the homepage.
Last but not least, keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion, no one else and you might have a different experience but I think this absolutely sucks. If you’re in the ATL area, dodge this site for your own good.
You’ve completely missed the mark. All the ads in YesBackpage are scams. No one will come to your home at all. You must first pay a “deposit” through cash app or gift cards. They cannot do cash because there is no girl that can physically meet you to accept the cash. Every ad leaves a phone number to text and that is as close as you will come to meeting anybody.
It’s a near-certainty that the people who are texting back to you are Russian men, pretending to be these escorts.
If you make contact notice how broken their English is. Notice the absence of prepositions, odd pluralization of words and it will soon be clear that this is not an American you are speaking with.
If you give them money through cash app they will block your number and you’ll never hear from them again. If you buy a gift card for them they will demand a screenshot of it and then once you’ve provided that, you guessed it, blocked, never heard from again.
These women are not real. They don’t exist in this realm at least. The pictures are stolen, that’s another thing, they will ask you to send them your picture. Don’t do it. They’ll ask for a picture of your license. Don’t do it. They’ll amazingly even ask for a picture of your ss card. DONT DO IT!!
How do I know all this? I have just spent 30 days in contact with one of these accounts. We were in contact everyday. Everyday she asked for money. The reasons were made up and plentiful. She claimed to be $150 short on her rent. She claimed her roommates were forcing her to escort but if I could just send her $200 she would run away and come to my place. She claimed to have a sick son that needed money. Every trick in the book. As long as you indulge these fantasies and don’t prove the falsehoods, they’ll keep coming back, thinking there’s a chance to score money off you.
They’ll never admit they’re lying or trying to scam you, ever. Use your common sense and remember the face if the ad is NOT the same person you’re texting with and you’ll be fine.
