SpicyDesires.com Review: Spicy Chats But No Hooking Up!
Finding a date online is more popular than ever and it just keeps growing. One of the most popular online dating niches is casual sex dating. Hundreds of sites promise to connect you with other horny single in our area. One of these many hookup apps and websites you may come across online is the SpicyDesires.com site. In case you’re not familiar with dating sites, most of them are not going to deliver a genuine dating experience.
There is a lot of money to be made and that is all that most of them have their eye on. Of course, there are a few that I use regularly such as this one as well as this site right here. Only a choice few actually work and don’t openly deceive you. I investigated this site to see if it was one of the few good ones or one of the many bad. I’m afraid it didn’t stand up to the test. Read the details below and you will know exactly why this is not a site that you should join.
The Spicydesires.com Report – Fraud or Fulfilling Dreams?
I didn’t see anything on the first page to indicate it was a fraud besides a little bad grammar in the text. They explain that they are a friendly online community with an advanced dating search. They claim to hook you up with dating opportunities with video chats, chat rooms, and more. You can sign in with your Google account or your Facebook account for faster access, but I would rather not connect my social media to a dating site unless I can trust it.
You indicate your sex, age, e-mail address, password, and zip code. An activation code is sent to your e-mail. Be sure to check your spam folder because that’s where I found mine. The final step in the registration is typing in a screen name, status, sex, and age of singles you are looking for, and your zip code.
Staff Profiles Piss Me Off
I finished my registration and I already had a message waiting in my inbox. This was a clear sign that there must be fake profiles on the site. Hot women aren’t going to write a new member the moment he joins before they even see his picture. Proof that they have fake profiles is indicated on their terms and conditions page. They indicate that “Staff Profiles” are profiles created, maintained, and managed by their employees.
They say that this is to boost interaction between members, but you can’t boost interaction if you are sending fake interactions. I continued anyway and I knew what was going to happen next. I tried to respond to the message and I was taken to their payment page and asked to purchase a full membership before I could read the message.
The message was clearly baited to get me to sign up. I’ve seen it many times. They have four different membership packages and they pull the old trick of making them sound cheaper by indicating the price per day.
The Cost To Upgrade – They Want Your Money
A 3-day trial membership is $2.97, which they indicate as 99 cents a day. If you check the fine print, you will see that you will automatically be charged $36.41 at the end of the 3-day trial. This is the original monthly price that has now been discounted. The monthly membership price is indicated as 91 cents a day, but that comes out to $27.30.
They indicate the 3-month package costs 51 cents a day, but that comes out to $45.90. They indicate the 6-month package costs 41 cents a day, but that comes out to $73.80. All the charges are recurring. They will be taken out of your account at the end of the billing cycle and you will be charged the same amount as you initially paid.
Conclusion: Fake Profiles That Get You Nowhere
The evidence points to SpicyDesires.com being a complete fraud because they admit to creating fake profiles and using them to contact you. This is just a way to get you to pay for a membership. They don’t even attempt to give you an authentic experience. The same thing goes for the rest of the sites on the network. The notorious Together Networks owns this site. They also own BeNaughty.com, NaughtyDate.com, Quickflirt.com, and more. All these sites have proven to be a waste of time and effort.
